Avaya’s and Avatel’s vision for the future of business communications leverages open, standards-based SIP and Session technologies to enable virtualization and the ability to deliver context-based user collaboration applications and customer service applications to customers. - Sell NES products for the next 12 to 18 months
- Support existing maintenance contracts through their expiration

Avaya will communicate its product roadmap on 19 January 2010. Customers can expect to see a visionary enterprise roadmap, one that is focused around an open and flexible architecture that allows existing investments to be embraced and extended (not ripped and replaced).
