Friday the 13th ~ It’s Your Lucky Day!!
Since I was born on Friday the 13th, it MUST be my lucky day!
Make this Friday the 13th your super lucky day by choosing good things, good thoughts, and good outcomes. Indeed, not believing in bad luck is a good approach because research has shown that people who believe in bad luck tend to bring it on. Live this day as if it is the most precious and important day in your life, and you’ll make yourself lucky. Seek ways to provide real, lasting value to others, and you’ll make yourself lucky.
I believe that good luck comes to those who work day after day to make it so. We must let go of the notion that luck is something that randomly happens to us. We should embrace the powerful reality that comes from making our own luck. Luck is not a mysterious, arbitrary force. It happens for very real reasons. Luck is not a cause. It is an effect. Through a positive focus, discipline, preparation, effort, and persistence anyone can get lucky.
We each have the ability to create our own good luck. We have control over our own actions and how we think about the events that impact our lives. None us can control the outcomes, but our actions can increase the probability that desired outcomes will occur. There are no guarantees in life. The only guarantee is that doing nothing will get you nowhere. There’s no limit to the amount of good luck you can enjoy when you take the positive, productive actions that will bring it your way.
“Good luck is another name for tenacity of purpose. “ ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
The universe is overflowing with abundance. Those people who are considered lucky are the people who choose to see that abundance, to accept it and to make the most of it. Good fortune comes most often in the form of opportunity. When you are prepared to make use of the opportunity, you’ll be lucky enough to enjoy the good fortune.
“The meeting of preparation with opportunity generates the offspring we call luck. “ ~ Tony Robbins
Change the way you see things. Consider yourself lucky. Every day – think of how lucky you are in all areas of your life. By doing this you’ll begin training the mind and subconscious mind to believe that you are lucky – and in the end – you’ll attract more positive and lucky events into your life. Spend a little part of your day counting your blessings. What are all the things you’re grateful for in your life? Who are the people in your life that matter most to you? Remind yourself of all the people, opportunities, and things that make you feel lucky in your life whenever you feel a sense of impending doom about anything!
Good luck comes to those who create it. Good luck comes to those who take a positive approach to every moment. You can begin create good luck by training your mind to be more positive, more optimistic, be aware of opportunities and believe that you can have good fortune. Your luck is what you make it. Decide today to make it the best that it can be.
